On November 15th we had the chance to visit the beautiful city of Istanbul and do an event for vodafone with our new friends from Scala m.i.c.e. to launch the new Smart Tab. The event was fun and apparently – so was the rest

We have successfully used the [V] Remote App on a phone device for the navigation of the presentation that we developed for our job at Skolkovo in Moscow.

The App was used to reset the presentation remotely, in addition the animations could be navigated to next and previous and as a third function we could switch the presentation from Russian to the English version by the click of a button on the phone. Pretty convenient, we think

By the way – Dennis who installed and configured the App is now famous – he was filmed by the camera crew and the signal was displayed on the display walls outside the exhibition stand without him even noticing it.

If he had known, maybe he would have looked a little bit less sceptic

For our multitouch table that we developed for Mann Filter we were honored with an iF communication design award 2012 and our efforts at CeBIT 2011 also received accolades of an iF communication design award 2012.

The iF communication design award 2012 has established itself amongst the most important national and international design awards since its foundation in 2004. The ones honored with an award have proven outstanding solutions for communication design.

we´re curently working on a small but very interesting project in Russia where we are equipping the exhibition stand of Skolkovo for the Rusnanotech exhibition in Moscow from 26.-28. October with nice interactive presentation content.

For us this is a truly interesting project, our first in Russia and we definitely hope that there is more to come – lot´s of very exciting stuff happening there. We´ll post more on our website.

… we should also mention, that we are nominated for another prize with yet another project. Our friends from atkon took care of the enrollment for one of the most renowned awards in the events industry – the EVA Award. With our joint project for the 2022 FIFA World Cup Qatar we sure hope to win the category exhibition events.

We´re quite proud that our work finds so much approval in the sector. For the interactive 6m long Multitouch table that we conceptualized and created for the German filter manufacturer Mann Filter, one of our cooperation partners eyefactive signed the project for this year´s Digital Signage Best Practice Award and won the category for special prizes where only especially innovative solutions are nominated

we were invited to finally receive the two red dot awards that we won for the Porsche Panamera S Hybrid presentation and for the Microsoft concept that we realized for CeBIT 2011. Isabelle, Reiner, Patrick and Dave went to receive the honours

  [V] pdf Control

Enables you to display Adobe Acrobat  on another device in your network and control it via Ventuz. You can also capture your PDF file from the monitor via Video Capture Card and Ventuz Live Video Node.

[V] Keynote Control

With [V] Keynote Control for Ventuz you can control Keynote on your Mac. You must use a capture card when using “Live Video” input. This program will be controlled directly from Ventuz. Therefore, Ventuz and the program must be in the same network.
This function is only for Ventuz Professional and Ventuz PLE. It will not run on Ventuz Express.

  [V] VLC Video Control

With [V] VLC-Video Control for Ventuz you can open all Videos which are supported by VLC-Player. You can play Video on another device in your Network and control it by Ventuz. You can also use virtual capturing and show your own screen.
This program will be controlled directly from Ventuz. Therefore, Ventuz and the program must be in the same network.
This function is only for Ventuz Professional and Ventuz PLE. It will not run on Ventuz Express.

New Tool – Ventuz 3 Performance Control Center

 
With the [v] Stats Tool you can see Ventuz performance statistics of all your Ventuz Machines without opening ‘Ventuz Statistics’ in the Ventuz Designer. All Ventuz Machines that are in your network will be scanned for scenename, framerate, system and graphic memory, video -, content -, hierarchy and render performance.
[V] Stats runs on Windows and needs .NET Framework 4 to be installed.

This function is only for Ventuz 3 Professional and Ventuz 3 PLE. It will not run on Ventuz Express. Machines using the older versions of Ventuz will be tracked but cannot be used for detail information.

[V] Powerpoint Control

Sometimes Powerpoint had to be played at an external computer and the screen had to be captured in Ventuz. For better control over Powerpoint, this program was developed. With ‘Powerpoint Control for Ventuz’ you have the possibility to control Powerpoint with Ventuz. You can navigate through Powerpoint from our Ventuz Node and you can also navigate between slides and control with subclicks.
[V] Powerpoint Control runs on Windows and consists of a Ventuznode as .vza and the tool as .exe file. PowerPoint has to be installed. This function is for Ventuz Professional and Ventuz PLE (Version 2008 and newer). It will not run on Ventuz Express.

In addition we are proud that we have added new icons and objects and have now over 250 of these items in the shop.
